Appearance: brand, layout, and style
Everything about how your app looks lives in one place: Build then Appearance. It has three tabs.
Brand
Set your identity:
- Logo for light and dark backgrounds, and a favicon.
- Colours (primary, and accents) via a colour picker.
- Typography (font family and size scale).
- Shape (how rounded cards and buttons are).
- A built-in theme browser if you would rather start from a ready-made look.
Layout
Set the frame around your content:
- Preset (sidebar or top navigation).
- Page width (narrow, standard, or wide) and density (compact, default, spacious).
- Navigation position and the mobile navigation pattern (how the menu behaves on phones).
- Account menu position and whether to show a footer.
Style
Fine-tune surfaces:
- Panel and surface styles (flat, elevated, outlined).
- Form input style and list style.
How to apply it
Change what you want, Save, then Generate to push the new look into your app. Appearance changes never touch your data.
Rule of thumb
Pick a theme first, then adjust brand colours and logo. Only reach for the Style tab when you want a specific finish.
